Job Summary: This position assists the athletes in the facility, primarily in the areas of basketball coaching & training. However, floor coaches will also be the front-line customer service representative in the facility. The goal of this position is to foster our culture of encouragement, while also teaching skill development. This position should strive to demonstrate the Shoot 360 core values daily to our clients. This is where great relationship building happens, as the athletes can look up to these coaches as positive role models.

Floor Coach Responsibilities:
- Provide positive and energetic feedback to athletes and members.
- Teach and instruct basketball technique and skills in a manner where the athletes are inspired and empowered.
- Convert trial memberships to full time members by communicating the benefits of membership.
- Build relationships with our members and athletes and help them establish and attain short and long term basketball goals.
- Find innovative ways to help the facility grow with community involvement, inclusion and outreach.
- Work closely with the other coaches to implement new innovations as they pertain to basketball skill training. ‍

Job Qualifications:
- Must be self-motivated, with an energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
- Our coaches will all have a team-oriented outlook and strive to be a great teammate.
- Have at least one year of Basketball playing, Coaching, or Basketball/Fitness training experience.
- Must be reliable and dependable.

Job Summary: This position is responsible for maintaining fun & inviting social media content that represents the Shoot 360 brand & facility in a positive way. This position is responsible for generating and posting content, as well as responding to inquiries about Shoot 360.
